so in this lecture we will see the line endings of a ruby so for example when you are doing some operator like 1 + 2 and when you enter how does the program knows that your statement is already completed and you are waiting for the result so the reason is Ruby will consider semicolon are the new line so it will consider these two characters as end up the line for example if you give one place to and then enter it means you give backslash n or otherwise let us give something like this 1 + 2 semicolon two plus three so it give the last result which means this is already completed but it is printed only this one so this is how we can end the Ruby code
