hi this is Raghu from tutorial tribe calm and welcome to PHP video series so in this lecture we will see more about our an example of comparison operators so let’s open our any editor so in my case I am using sublime text so let’s create a new file and name it as or save it as comparison operators comparison I’m just giving comparison and give the extension dot PHP and let’s save okay start the PHP tags and here so as I mentioned earlier the comparator are the comparison operators are nothing but equals equals and not equals less than greater than and also less than or equal to and greater than or equals so these are the comparator or comparison operators so let me comment this so let’s take two variables so X and assign it as 20 and dollar Y give a value of 10 and don’t forget to you know use semicolon at the end of each and every statement now let’s write some conditions so for that I’m copying just this if else block from logical dot PHP file okay so here if x equals equals y then echo X a is equal to Y and X is sorry equal typos not equal to one because this will compare whether the left side condition and there are the left side variable and the right side variable are same so let’s copy this code several times if you need another five times so let’s do the file and then use not equals so here just change it to not and here equal and greater than so it means if it is it is true only when X is greater increase runway the condition is false if used unless it is true only if X is lesser than Val and it is true only and now we have another two conditions that is less than or equals greater okay here this condition is true only if X is equal to equal one it is false only X is greater than one just to write type the same thing again and again this is greater than equal to Y only X is equal okay so I write all the conditions it’s open web browser and they reload that is the file name is comparison dot PHP so if you see xx is not equals to 10 true 20 is not equal to 10 20 is greater than 10 20 is greater than 10 20 is greater than 10 20 is equal or greater than 10 see all these conditions working properly so if this is how the comparison operator will work
